EK77 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the EK77 platform — whether on a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and EK77.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use EK77. Creating an account at EK77 constitutes full acceptance of these terms, along with EK77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at EK77. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. EK77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended pending resolution. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately, with any funds returned to the originating payment method if possible.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered account at EK77 at any time. This applies regardless of the device, email address, phone number, or payment method used. If EK77 identifies that a single individual holds or has held multiple accounts, all accounts beyond the first may be suspended, bonus balances voided, and winnings earned through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. EK77 uses this information for account verification, withdrawal processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• You must register using your own real name — nicknames or pseudonyms are not acceptable for account verification purposes.
• Your mobile number must be active and accessible, as it is used for OTP verification and support contact.
• EK77 does not accept registrations from individuals who are professionally prohibited from gambling (e.g., employees of competing gaming operators).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your EK77 account credentials — including your username, password, and OTP codes. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. EK77 support staff will never ask for your password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact EK77 support immediately at support@ek77.life. EK77 will act promptly to secure your account upon receiving a credible report of unauthorised access.

• Any activity that occurs on your account before you report a security breach remains your responsibility.
• Do not access your EK77 account on shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• EK77 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

EK77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. All account balances, game stakes, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following deposit methods are accepted at EK77:

Own-Account Requirement

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, EK77 will return the funds to the originating source and may suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

Deposit Limits

EK77 may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Responsible gaming deposit limits may also be set voluntarily by the player from within the account settings. EK77 reserves the right to request clarification on the source of large deposits in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. EK77 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.

Verification Before Withdrawal

EK77 may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is standard practice across reputable gaming platforms and is designed to protect both the player and the platform from fraud. Accepted verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).

Bonus Balance and Withdrawal Eligibility

Only real-money balances — not active bonus balances — are withdrawable. If your account contains a mix of real money and bonus funds, the withdrawal will be applied to the real-money portion first. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they convert to withdrawable real-money balance. See Section 6 for bonus wagering details.

EK77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, as well as the general bonus rules below. Claiming a bonus at EK77 constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

Welcome Bonus

EK77's welcome bonus is a 100% match on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to Rs 25,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one claim per household, device, and payment method.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value in qualifying games before the bonus converts to real money). Specific wagering multiples are stated in each individual bonus offer.

• Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute less.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from the account.
• EK77 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, amend terms, or cancel bonuses where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, reverse engineering bonus patterns, or coordinating with other players to exploit offers — will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

Each game available at EK77 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Ludo, Dragon Tiger, Poker, and all PSL betting markets — operates according to its own specific published game rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

Certified Random Number Generation

All EK77 RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators. The RNG cannot be influenced by any external party, including EK77 itself. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over very large numbers of game rounds and do not guarantee results for individual players or sessions.

Live Dealer Games

EK77's live dealer games — including Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack, Live Teen Patti, and Live Dragon Tiger — are operated by trained human dealers using physical equipment visible on video stream. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by genuine physical dealing procedures, not by software RNG.

Disputed Game Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome at EK77 was incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the event. EK77 will investigate using game logs, RNG audit data, and — for live dealer games — video footage of the session. EK77's determination of disputes is final, but we commit to conducting all investigations honestly and transparently.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at EK77 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further action:

• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or make decisions on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or multiplayer formats.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using EK77 for the purpose of passing or obscuring the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of EK77's bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other methods designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used at EK77 without first raising the issue with EK77 support.
• Impersonation: Registering as or attempting to represent yourself as another person.

EK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, prohibited activity, or account security concerns.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request permanent closure of their EK77 account at any time by contacting support@ek77.life. If a real-money balance exists in the account, EK77 will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method following standard verification procedures. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the exclusion period selected by the player.

Balances on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or prohibited activity, balances are held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the balance was accumulated legitimately, the funds will be returned. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part, depending on the nature of the violation.

EK77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and player segments. Gaming at EK77 should always be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial distress.

EK77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your EK77 account. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately. Changes to increase limits may involve a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts when you've been playing for a set period of time. Session limits encourage natural breaks during play.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you've been playing and your net result for the session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from EK77. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.
• Account cooling-off: A shorter break option, available from 24 hours to 30 days, during which you cannot access your account.

No part of the EK77 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from EK77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use EK77's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, or modify any platform content except where technically necessary for normal browsing.

EK77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures.

EK77 is not liable for any loss arising from: platform downtime during which bets could not be placed or managed; internet or mobile network connectivity issues on the player's side; third-party payment processing delays; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

EK77's liability to any individual player for any event or series of related events is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EK77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — EK77 will provide advance notice via email to registered players or through an in-platform notification.

Continued use of EK77 after revised Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using EK77 and may request account closure.
